There being no objection, it was so ordered. 1999-05-06 House Journal Page 1204 HB 40 Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 40(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Berkowitz objected. The Speaker stated that CSHB 40(FIN) will be in third reading on the May 7, 1999, calendar. **The presence of Representatives Kapsner and Foster was noted.
